THE PROJECT

Our team was approached by LisbonCouncil, a think-tank organization based in Brussels, Belgium, to develop a Drupal-based website for a new project, funded by the European Union flagship research and Innovation programme Horizon Europe, focused on mapping and predicting emergency management in the region.

The long-term goal of the project is to deliver a technical solution that is supportive in disaster response and management by bringing situational data to relevant end-users, enabling transferability to tackle different disaster types in various geographic region thus providing the relevant information that can help make the best possible operative decisions.

We developed a custom responsive theme with Bootstrap 5 that matched LisbonCouncil’s branding and style guide using Drupal APIs and SCSS compilers.
